Talisker-Tuhaye Residential Golf Course Development.

Talisker-Tuhaye is an approximately 2,000-acre master planned golf course community on the eastern foothills overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir in Wasatch County, Utah.  The project is affiliated with Talisker Deer Valley and is an integral component of the four-season resort.  Frontier coordinated Section 404 permitting and mitigation requirements with the Corps of Engineers. Mitigation entailed the rehabilitation of approximately 8 acres of native riparian-wetland plant communities and the creation of approximately 2 acres of new wetlands that are integrated with stormwater management ponds. Frontier’s duties included baseline plant community inventories, mitigation and monitoring design, compliance monitoring, and agency coordination.

Promontory Master Planned Community

Frontier completed various environmental studies and permitting assessments for Promontory, a 6,000-acre master planned golf course and equestrian community located in the mountain foothills near Park City in Summit County, Utah.  Frontier assisted with the permitting of two golf courses.  The project required threatened and endangered species coordination with the USFWS; Section 404 permitting with the Corps; UPDES and SWPPP permitting with the Utah Division of Water Quality; onsite inspection monitoring of mitigation and erosion control measures; and post-construction monitoring.
