Ironton Phase 1 Commercial/Industrial Park

FRONTIER conducted a jurisdictional wetland delineation on behalf of Provo City for an economic redevelopment area located in Provo, Utah County, Utah. The property is situated within the demolished remnants of an old U.S. Steel Ironworks facility. Provo city plans to utilize the area as a high-tech business park with commercial and/or light industrial businesses. FRONTIER identified and delineated the boundaries of wetlands, ditches, artesian wells, and remnants of water control structures. A jurisdictional assessment of isolated features was completed, and a Section 404 permit was obtained for project development.
